entertainment complex, and many other commercial and employment centres.
The area to the northeast is planned for future residential growth within City of Airdrie
as a result of recent Airdrie annexation and expansion of Airdrie city limits.

The remaining areas around Calterra Country Estates® to the west and northwest are
included in the identified Calgary Growth Corridor for possible future growth
of the City of Calgary. Development in this area is not anticipated at this time,
as this area is predominantly agricultural in nature.
